A descriptor is a claim about data

The public graphics contract defines MeshDescriptor with vertex and index counts. A descriptor summarizes proposed work; it is not the mesh's vertex data. The released validate_mesh function requires both counts to be positive. submit_mesh runs that check and then prints a sandbox message.

import agila

fn main() {
    mesh := agila.MeshDescriptor{
        vertex_count: 3
        index_count: 3
    }
    agila.submit_mesh(mesh) or {
        eprintln(err.msg())
        return
    }
}

With both counts equal to three, the expected message is [Agila SDK sandbox graphics] submitted mesh 3/3. This is a log from the sandbox, not evidence that a triangle was rendered. Read the implementation before claiming anything about hardware, display services, or graphics performance.
